klx8 Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the klx8 platform — they contain complete information about your rights and responsibilities.

1 Introduction and Acceptance

By accessing or using the klx8.cam website, you fully agree to these terms and conditions. This document forms a binding legal agreement between you and the klx8 platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using this platform.

klx8 is a secure and reliable online casino and sports betting platform serving players in Bangladesh. By using our services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines in addition to these terms.

klx8 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirements

The following conditions must be met to create an account and play on the klx8 platform:

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

When creating an account on klx8, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in the temporary or permanent closure of the account and cancellation of all pending transactions.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may create only one klx8 account. Operating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, they will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

3.3 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. Notify klx8 immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

klx8 may initiate an identity verification process at any time for security and legal compliance purposes. Withdrawals may be put on hold if the required documents are not provided.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

4.1 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

  • Minimum Deposit: ৳300 (per method)
  • Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000

4.2 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, this time may increase if bank verification or a security review is required.

4.3 Accepted Payment Methods

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Third-party payments are not accepted — only transactions from the account holder's own payment source are permitted.

4.5 Account Balance

No interest or profit is paid on funds held in a klx8 account. Money deposited on the platform may only be used for gaming or betting purposes.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to qualify for this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, a betting turnover of 15 times the bonus amount must be completed. For example: if you receive a ৳5,000 bonus, a total of ৳75,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

  • Each bonus offer has a specific expiry period and any expired bonus will be cancelled.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the specified wagering requirements have been met.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the promotion explicitly permits it.
  • Any attempt to claim bonuses through improper or fraudulent means will result in account closure.

5.4 VIP Program Cashback

The klx8 VIP program has five tiers with weekly cashback as follows:

  • Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
  • Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
  • Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP tier advancement criteria are determined by klx8 and may change based on the player's overall activity and loyalty.

6 Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any of the activities listed below is a direct violation of klx8's terms and conditions and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

  • Betting using another person's account or sharing accounts.
  • Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
  • Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Exploiting system errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Using a false identity or forged documents.
  • Colluding with other players when placing bets.
  • Using the klx8 name or logo without permission.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet will only be considered valid once the klx8 system confirms it and a confirmation message is displayed. Incomplete bets due to network disruption or system issues will be considered void.

7.2 Finality of Decisions

All gaming results and sports betting scores are confirmed from verifiable third-party sources. Bets cannot be cancelled after results are announced. In the case of disputed events, klx8's decision will be considered final.

7.3 Maximum Bet Limits

klx8 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits on specific games or events. These limits may change from time to time and will be displayed on the page for each game or event.

8 Limitation of Liability

klx8 bears no liability in the following cases:

  • Losses caused by internet connection disruption or technical issues.
  • Losses resulting from unauthorized third-party access to an account.
  • Service interruptions due to force majeure.
  • Personal financial losses resulting from betting decisions.

Gaming and betting are entertainment activities and carry financial risk. You are using the platform with full awareness and acceptance of this risk.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by notifying our support team. Before closing your account, please ensure that all pending bets have been settled and your balance has been withdrawn.

9.2 Closure by klx8

In cases of terms violations, fraudulent activity, or security concerns, klx8 may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice. Associated funds may be held during an investigation.
